Gambler 5

So I've been going through all the gambler challenges tye past 5 days and I'm now on 5 which is to win 3 rounds of dominoes without drawing tiles against 2 or fewer opponents, and I just have 2 questions, 1 can I just play dominoes at camp, and 2, by win, does it just mean play all of my domino pieces, or do I have to get to the points goal of 60?
