2014, what car seats you running on the middle seat middle row?

Wife and I have two toddlers forward facing, 5.5 and 3.5, and 9 month old twins. The twins are still in the infant carriers but will need to get into real convertibles soon. Anyone using the middle seat for the cat seats? Looks like that seat is only 13 or so inches wide, does that matter??
