That was as close to a car crash earnings as you can get
This company will be out of business within 6-9 months. Purchases were down 35% year on year so dumping inventory and not replenishing, shareholder equity dropped from $713m to $631m in one quarter! That’s an $82m drop in one quarter and must be sending alarm bells off at all their lenders, which is why restricted cash is UP from $92 to $396m!!! Unreal. But the mother of all bombs is a 42% predicted drop in revenue year over year next quarter, which will inevitably lead to >$100m equity loss and will most likely lead to their facilities being pulled out…honestly, I’d be surprised if their are still operating by Xmas. Welcome any debate on these figures/points, but my goodness that outlook is horrid!
