When leaving a group, do you say "que els vagi bé" or just "que vagi bé" ?

When you are saying bye to more than one person and want to wish them well, do you say "que vagi bé" or do you say "que els vagi bé" ? From what I understand both are correct but I'm wondering which is the most common.
