Unsure about the future

Advice

I'm a recent grad that just finished an internship this summer, but I sadly got turned down for a full-time offer (apparently because of the "highly competitive hiring process", tbh I think I just suck). So now I'm in a position where the future is uncertain, and idk what to do next. Tax season is super slow in the summer so I don't think I have anything or done much to show for it, so it'll be hard to convince other firms that I'm worth hiring. I'm even considering quitting accounting altogether, although that's unrealistic. I thought if i tried my best in the internship that surely I can get my foot through the door, but sadly it isn't the case, and it's embarrassing because I've been told the chances of getting hired from internships is fairly high. With all that being said, idk what to do next with my life
