**NOTE:** Right now, this is only recommended to be installed by **experienced** users and **developers** as the installation is even more involved than the last version. If you are not comfortable with this, please wait for a more user friendly installation method.

## Rockbox is now a System App
This should drastically help with stability but requires a different manual installation process. Please refer to the README.md for details.

## UI/UX & Accessibility
- Pre-built voice files are available for a good amount of languages (Download here: https://github.com/rockbox-y1/rockbox/releases/download/016733367579/voices.zip)
- Long-press of Menu/Back opens context menus
- Long-press of Play/Pause opens WPS
- Add settings menu for screen timeout

## New Features
- Enable LastFM scrobbler
- Enable Imageviewer plugin
- Enable more Plugins (mostly demos)
- Automatically restart Rockbox if necessary (after DB update)
- SD Card Mount check (automatically restart Rockbox when theme/config can't be loaded)

## Bug Fixes
- Fix time setting function
- Fix bookmarking in playlists and database
- Only use db rebuild to avoid duplicates
- Playlist copy feature should overwrite existing playlists (assumes people manage earlier copied lists on PC anyway)
- Fix shutdown function
- Fix freeze that randomly occurred (Screen didn't wake up again)
- Faster app start
- Fix keymap instructions in README
- Remove empty LCD menu, remove touchscreen menu
- Fix playlist paths

## Other Changes
- Rename External Apps to Apps
- General system stability improvements to enhance the user's experience

PS: There will be no more updates to the 360p version of Rockbox-Y1. Testing takes double the time and I do not enjoy it. Last ever release: https://github.com/rockbox-y1/rockbox/releases/tag/360p-16761033636
