What rules are cyclists supposed to follow?

Hello and good day everyone, i have been living in toronto for the past 6 years and till this date i still don’t know what rules are cyclist supposed to follow.

8/10 times i have seen them act as pedestrian or motorist depending on their convenience and as a motorist i try to give a cyclist as much space as i can or the right of way whenever i share road with one and i apologize for the rant but majority of them act like entitled a-holes.

I wish, you all stay safe on the road but please stick to one side of the law.
