How to put a 2 month old to sleep?

STM here - she only falls asleep in the carrier after crying for 5-45 minutes. Sometimes we have to go on long walks outside for her to go down. How can I free myself of this dang baby carrier ?!

She won’t take a pacifier. On the upside: she does sleep 6 hour stretches at night!

I’m read up on all the sleep training stuff and my firstborn was sleeping in her bassinet with a swaddle by this age. What gives?
