Need help with possibility of SAP Appeal

SAP

Hello, I am wondering if I could have any advice if I could have any chance to have an approved SAP appeal. I started college in Fall of 2019, which meant that half of my first year in college and the next two was in quarantine, away from friends, away from having a normal college experience, and away from important family. I fell into deep depression, isolation, and anxiety before getting mental help through Bottom Line, in which they helped me get free access to an online therapist through BetterHelp. She helped me navigate around where I was at, and helped me through the process of changing my major. I unfortunately was a bit too late and ended up changing it in my 3rd year of college, so now I will be starting and ending in my final year at 7 years at my college, basically, I timed out of financial aid. I have spoken to my old therapist through BetterHelp but she explained that she cannot officially say that I had depression and anxiety due to the nature of the site, so I cannot provide proper documentation that was stated on the site. I just want to know if its even worth going through the process at this point.
