Too strong highlights

I’ll ask stylist to fix if possible, but my kiddo’s highlights are more color than highlights.

She wanted blue highlights throughout, but her hair looks overall more blue than anything else. She just wanted like pops of color.

Any way to make it more of her base color - darker blonde?
