My HVAC Air Handler won’t come on

Hello, The breaker inside my air handler either trips or cuts on but no buzz and the thermostat won’t come on. I’ve checked the fuse on the board, the transformer, I’ve checked my power wires and nothing is loose. I’m getting 250v in and thru the breaker on the air handler but nothing will turn on. Please, help me.
