Preparations for swapping Motherboard?

I believe my Motherboard is dying (pro b650-vc) so I bought a replacement (Mag b650 tomahawk).

I just was looking into what I can prep before I swap out my parts, but I wanted to be sure if there's anything else I may be missing?

I bought a USB and turned it into a ESD-USB.

I have an AIO cooler I know need to remove too.
