How rare is an elemental Bee?

I'm not lying when I say I've farmed 100+ Bees from the Forest, and not a damn single one has had an elemental resistance. Obviously RNG is what it is, but is there a better way? Should I just farm the radio dude instead? I also want to mention I haven't had an all Maliwan parts one drop either. Maybe I'm just cursed, idk.
