why is light mode contrast so bad???? (it wasn't)

IDK what happened, but all of a sudden I can not see anything...

The contrast of the pannels is invisible...
Is there a way to fix it?

BTW, I work on an destop app that has a very light/bright UI, that is why I use the light mode instead of the dark mode (constant swtiching from dark IDE to light app would heart my eyes)

I am using Windows 11 on an asus PC, and IntelliJ 2024.2.6 CE
