Do we know when the Season 10 PTR stream/beta starts?

We're a decent ways into Season 9, so I figure the Season 10 PTR is just around the corner right?

I bought Titan Quest 2, but I have D4 hogging like 80gb of my laptops space so I don't have room for it

TQ2 is still faaaaaaar in early access, so the later I wait to play it, the better... so I don't mind waiting to play it (I mostly just bought it because it was only $23, and I know I'll be $35~50 later on)

At the same time, I haven't really enjoyed the past few Diablo 4 seasons... so if the PTR for Season 10 doesn't show anything that catches my eye, I'll probably just delete D4 until the next expac drops.
