"TW Engine 3 (Warscape Engine) 64-bit" games not launching

I have no idea what happened here so if anyone has a answer to this mystery please share. I format my windows and after it the games on this specific generation of engine stopped working. All games I have before this engine work fine and the one I have after also work. I can play Total War Attila and I can play Troy, but not Thrones or Three Kingdoms.
