Is this a good budget build?

As no one have replied to my last post, here's my updated list for the custom build I am thinking of getting. Use Case: PC Gaming, Emulation Gaming, Game Streaming using Apollo and Artemis. Below is the list of parts, it streched my budget all the way, so is there any changes I should make which won't increase the budget.
