Prediction about Kaido and Big Mom

A lot of people have been wondering and predicting when we'll get Drunken Dragon Bagua and Bigger Mom as characters. They have a lot of moves and screentime that aren't represented by Hybrid Kaido and Olin, so what's the deal?

I don't think we'll get those units for a long while, and here's why: I think we'll get those units when Law/Kid and G5 Luffy get buffs.

I think at the 9.5 anniversary or however long it takes, we'll finally get Drunken Dragon Bagua Kaido and Bigger Mom, and then the routine buffs will happen and include both Law/Kid and G5 Luffy, retooled into soft counters for those new EX units. That's my prediction.
