The new B737 business class seats are terrible.

I know this is a very first worst problem. But whoever decided to design the seats with a low clearance so that your carry on’s can’t fit under them- in conjunction with the non working air vents should be sent to Guantanamo bay. Additionally, the film over the windows not makes it impossible to snap a decent picture, if/ when you actually ever do take off with United.
