Open weapon system

This might get a lot of hate, but I personally think that open class weapon is fine, under one condition…

The advantages and disadvantages of using class specific weapons are VERY significant. For example, maybe there is very strong recoil increase on non class specific weapons, along with something like only recon class can breath. All other classes using a sniper have to deal with heavy aiming sway with no ability to breath and center it.

Any class can use an LMG, but they will be extremely slow in movement and reload, + have increased recoil or increased spread

Or it can even be the case that only class specific weapons can utilize the full 100% of gun building while other classes only reach 50.

Things like this, where sure any class can use any gun, and maybe it is useful in niche situations, but for most cases it wouldn’t be a great option.
