Looking for Property Attorney in Essex County — Neighbor Threatening Adverse Possession

Hi all,

I'm looking for a real estate attorney in Essex County, NJ who specializes in property line disputes and adverse possession.

Long story short, my neighbor has built a fence and is now claiming part of my lot as theirs when asked to remove it. They're threatening to pursue adverse possession. I want to handle this legally.
