External HDD suddenly became unallocated

Hello everyone, before I tell you the story; you need to know two things:

  1. I am not very informed in this topic and barely know anything about the tools and procedures required. 2) Cloning my data to another disk is absolutely, DEFINITELY out of question because I have no other large disks lying around nor does my financial situation allow me to just "get a new one".

Alright, earlier today I plugged my 2TB Western Digital hard disk into my laptop and noticed that it wasn't showing up in the file explorer (I use Windows 11), I open disk management and see that my disk is now entirely unallocated, and before that I got a popup asking me to "initialise" said disk (I closed out of it, don't worry). Now, I know that my data is probably still entirely safe (I hope) and all I need is to get all of the data that used to be on it back on it safely. I have searched far and wide and couldn't find a good method of retreiving my data as everything was too technical for my smooth brain to understand, so please bare with my as I'm absolutely crapping myself right now, I have VERY important data on it that I have not backed up anywhere. I know, rookie mistake but again, I'm broke, I can't back my data up even if I wanted to.

It's also worth mentioning that last September I accidentally formatted this same hard disk whilst attempting to update Windows, and managed to recover around 60% of the data using TestDisk which is still sitting unorganised on the disk that now has other, recent data on it. (In case you're wondering how I managed to recover my data then if I don't have other hard disks, I used someone else's disk temporarily to recover the files to it and moved said files back to the original disk. That someone is unavailable right now.)

Now, what I need to do is repair this drive such that I can access it and all the data that was on it again, remember, no cloning. If anyone with a brain has any idea how to deal with this very specific issue please let me know, it'll be very much appreciated
