Spirolactone?

Hey mtf 14yo here. So obv id prefer to go on E but since its 1) more expensive 2) harder to hide from parents and would make them rlly upset 3) more dangerous 4) idk how

So wb spirolactone, i live in the UK so PBs are outlawed, but spiro still works at least to an extent, its cheap and from what i heard its safe.

So is it a good idea? How much dosage should i do? Tysm <3
