Anyone from Accounting?

I have been confirmed admission in MACC, verbally and bi emails, but due to some technical issues they haven’t sent me admission letter yet.

Does anyone have any recommendations on who to talk to now? I have been in contact with their graduate advisor but other than email satisfactions but no admission letter yet.
