Doug Ford's corner store beer obsession will cost ontario thousands of jobs, make it harder for teens to get jobs and cause landfill waste to go up

The beer store which employs 6500 people at is closing down stores because of competition from convenience and grocery stores which usually use a single worker regardless of what they carry so we will lose beer store jobs and not gain any convenience store jobs.

They also run one of the most effective recycling schemes which will not work when there are not beer stores everywhere. this means landfill will go up.

these lost jobs means that experienced retail workers are competing with teenagers for jobs now meaning teens won't get jobs either - if you can hire a experienced worker for not much more, why would you hire teens?

all so doug ford can buy drinks anywhere he wants. somehow this government is actually up in the polls and i don't understand.
