GHSV-1 redness

I can’t tell if my ghsv-1 outbreak is over or not. It feels fine, but there’s still redness that comes and goes on the head of my dick where the outbreak was. My outbreak wasn’t bad anyway, basically a red rash almost like chaffing. No sores or anything like that. I’ve been on daily suppressants and it doesn’t hurt or anything like that. Everything looked fine this morning when I woke up, then went to pee later in the day and it was a little red. Basically have had varying levels of redness and looking totally fine for a few days and I don’t know if that means I’m still having an outbreak or if it’s fine and my skin is just going to be fluctuating redness from scarring or something. Anyone deal with this or have any idea?
