Help me find this manga 🙏

I am trying to find a manga I partially read on Otakumole years ago. It's about a young married woman who meets an ex she is kinda obsessed with. The ex is also married (or has a girlfriend...can't remember. And the ex's partner might be pregnant but I am not 100% sure if I remember correctly). She pursues the ex and they become lover. She is so into him that decides to break up with her husband. Not sure what happens after this. It was a mature manga, not erotic, quite melancholic, simple drawings. Published in early Y2K I guess.

I read a few chapters but I don't know how many...it did not feel like a super long story though.

Please help me find it! I want to know how it ends.
