Potty training help

Hello! I've never posted on here, but my family needs as much help as we can get. Our daughter is fighting potty training, she will be 3 in December, and we have been trying to potty train for months now. She knows how to ask for potty but clooses not to (likes to ask in the middle of the night to get out of bed and play). She is completely fine feeling wet in her big girl underwear. We have been trying to use timers to stay on top of it, but then she goes at random when we do it for too long. Or one time we did a timer every 20 min for an hour and fights, screams and refusal to go and then when we stopped paying attention she peed. We have positive incentives such as getting to choose a treat from a treat jar and getting to watch her favorite show when she goes, but that seems to not work anymore. We are getting frustrated because we don't know what else to do. Any help or advice would be appreciated
