Anybody have info about Los Gigantes de Quinara?

I’m in Vilcabamba in southern Ecuador and saw these rock formations are just 13 km or so from town. There is no info about them on Alltrails and the google search I did only provided scanty info mostly in Spanish.

Has anybody done hiking there? Is it safe? How well marked is the trail? How long? etc…
