Help selecting GodParent

I need help selecting the final Godparent to my child. I’ve been flitting between three:

Person 1: This person is dating one of the ‘for sure’ Godparents. They’re serious but not engaged; they’re a little up and down which makes me doubt appointing them as Godparent. This person loves my LO but has no experience with children. If something happened to me or my partner, the likelihood is that my LO would be looked after by them anyway (if it all works out in their relationship) as their ‘for sure Godparent’ partner is our nearest and dearest.

Person 2: My absolute best friend. Longest friend of the 3 options, too. When I think about who I’d actually want to raise my LO if anything happened to me - it’d be this person. However, this person is a traveller and doesn’t settle anywhere. No partner, currently no stable job as they’re travelling and have been for the past 2 years. Once they do settle, they’d be amazing. When they will settle though and where - no idea. I see them once a year, so my LO doesn’t have a relationship with them at all (LO is newborn). This person has very little experience with children.

Person 3: A fairly new friend, which makes me a little nervous, however the quality of this friend is on a level with my best friend (person 2). We’ve been great friends now for 2 years, known each other for 3. I would like the way this person would bring up my child, they are settled in their relationship, job, financially and they love my LO. They also have experience with young children.

I have a gut feeling of who to choose, but I’d love to hear the opinion of complete neutrals who do not know anyone involved. Let me know who you’d choose and why.
