Purple/red splotch, rather be safe

Usually I go to the Dr when worried about things especially on my breasts, had 2 lumps on either breast checked within the last 5 years one somewhat recently (scar tissue and a fat lump) but this feels like I'm overreacting to get checked so would rather ask the Internet before I do. I'm worried that the drs will think I'm begging for an illness or something because I've been gaslit before and my labs have been weird for years but they never found a reason really. (Other than a cyst in my spine)

Anyway, I've had a dark purple/red splotch on my breast for easily 4 months if not longer and veins are coming off of it. It doesn't feel like a lump nor would I say it's painful. I do get random pain in my breast sometimes but not too often.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Will try to add photos in comments.
