Where do you guys get beef ribs?

There's been a lot of pictures of beef ribs here lately and I'm gettin' a hankerin'.

Years ago I went to a local butcher and he had some wrapped in plastic in his freezer case. I bought them and defrosted and there was very little meat on the bone. I only has a gas grill back then and it was all quite disappointing.

Now I have a Searwood and Reddit so it's time to try again. Where do I get the ribs from? Does Costco have beef ribs? Just try another meat shop?
