Should i do shrooms?

I smoke occasionally, and plan to do shrooms and know most of the things i should do for a good trip, however im extremely prone to paranoia whenever im high in public or whenever i hear someome else speak. I feel like everyone is plotting against me, a good example is when i smoked in a forest and on a nearby road a car with a megaphone was promoting their business (copper or jewellery) and was convinced it was the police telling me to leave and stop smoking and then i got convinced police dogs were chasing me. Will me being extremely paranoid affect the trip (wont be any situation like this but still) as i domt wanna fuck myself up for long, still prolly gonna do it but
