330i Engine Mounts

So i got my 330i g20 2019 recently, having the car for 3 months and no problems with it. It came with 128k km mileage ( roughly 80k miles ) and did a full check with no problems.

Recently I’ve been hearing weird sounds from under the car and found out after having it checked at a service that the engine mounts were faulty. I’ve not been driving very aggressively but i tested the car at its limits. People from the service have told me that i shouldn’t launch control anymore and just give it max throttle because this engine is prone to faulty mounts. After paying roughly 400$ I’m fine now, but I was wondering and wanted to ask how do you prevent this, and how do you keep having fun with this kind of car, especially B48. Another thing was that people have told me I should learn to “launch control properly” if I want to do it, so what does that mean?
