Newer collector, question about stock!

Hey, another newer collector here, long time fan. Picked up the spino last month (the only figure I ever wanted to come out of this line after first hearing about it) and it got me hooked on the rest of the HC. (I should’ve started when the line first released…😭😭😭)

Possibly another silly question to some of the people on here…. In the experience of some of the seasoned collectors here, does out of stock on targets website mean it’s definitively done for? I was going to get the tiger raptor this Friday when my paycheck hit… (broke college guy stuff) and it went out of stock last week and hasn’t popped back up since. I’ve been checking here and there and at 4 am est for the past few nights to no avail. Do I keep holding out or should I give up and bite the bullet on one for $30+???? Thanks for your reply in advance!
