South Houston Area

Hey all! My wife’s in property management in South Houston area. 8 years in mostly class A (mid-high rises as an AM and PM) back on the east coast. Not a lot of opportunity in the area without driving into downtown Houston (about an hour with traffic) and she’s not too thrilled about that option given we also have a toddler. I’m in medicine and don’t exactly have the option to help out as much as I would like to.

Anyone with connections in the area either in commercial or multi? She’s took the only job available (leasing) with her company when we moved here and there’s little to no options for upward mobility at the moment. Thanks in advance!
