Any counter for coward PvP players?

Yesterday while farming titanium in a scout 'thopter @i1 I noticed another unknown scout thopter flying towards me. I am usually alert as our server observes some rocket shoots here and there so I flew up incase I need to escape.

I couldn't notice if they had storage or rockets but they landed and started farming. I was still highly aleart but landed and got out to farm.

As soon as I started lasering the titanium node. The unknown scout took flight, I got into mine as well and they started shooting rockets at me. After a long chase I got away to base and switched my thopter.

I don't mind PvP, I laughed a bit and called them out for bad aim in chat and announced I will come back with my rocket scout to have some pvp and guess what? They were no where to be found.

How are you going to be coward enough to shoot at players in vehicle which can clearly not shoot back and then no wait to do the same when they comeback with rockets.

How to deal with such idiots? I had my rocket scout in VBT but couldn't leave the storage scout in open to get destroyed. I didn't have time to unload and drop loot from the storage module with no option to drop everything directly from the vehicle storage else I would have try to fight back immediately.

How to deal with this?
