[TOMT] A video of a guy stealing police car

I believe it was a tiktok, saw it mb a year ago. Idk if it was fake or no, but anyway. Dude (probably drunk) was being detained and while a police officer went away to do some stuff he got behind the wheel of his car and drove off. He was laughing and while cop on the radio was telling him to stop, he answered something like "Need backup? I'm on it." I think he was saying something ridiculous in a flow of his thoughts too, I can't remember what exactly. He was having fun throughout the entire video, then he returned to the policeman, having come to his senses and (if I remember correctly) saying something like "What the hell am I doing, I need to go back"

What I said about driving back I'm not sure, but the main and the most important what I remember is the fact of stealing the police car
