Whats the story with Old Windmill Court Apartments?

I plan on moving to Limerick for work by the end of the month and ive been looking at places to rent near and around the city centre. Looking on Daft i see the Old Windmill Court Apartments are going for 230 a month? Is there some catch here i'm missing out on? Like it must be dire if its going for that cheap or is it student accommodation? Just looking for some opinions on whether its seriously worth considering
