Husband never gives me compliments

I have been married for 15 years. From the start i felt like he was not in love with me but he grow to love me. He even said at the beginning of our relationship that he does not feel butterflies for me but he is feeling so relax and nice with me. I got insecure from the beginning as it was like je is out my league, but in reality it is the oposite way. I think I was too available for him, not playing hot and cold and he took me for granted. He never conpliments me. Even when i dress up for fancy ocasion, do my makeup and hair. He didnt tell me i am beutiful for 15 years.i dont feel he is attarcted to me. I dont feel he wants me, he is not touchy with me. I would like your point of view, why he doesnt compliment? I receive compliments from random peope, but not from him…
