PwC Senior 2 Offer — $110K Base, Worth It?

USA

Got an offer from PwC for a Senior Associate 2 role at $110K base + $10K sign-on. I’m a CPA with 7 years of experience and an MBA. Currently making $122K at EisnerAmper, fully remote, with a likely raise to ~$130K.

PwC is asking for 3 days in-office (hybrid). They said the lower base is due to my lack of direct AWM experience and that I’m more of a generalist.

I’m also in final stages with EY and have an interview with Deloitte. Should I wait it out or take the PwC offer?

Appreciate any advice.
