Need help finding a youtube video about OSing the wakeup vs. characters with slow reversals.

I watched a video not to long ago that went about which characters have slow DPs/supers and how to OS them with a meaty light and still block. It went into detail with charts showing the reversal startup speeds and light button recoveries. It was from a smaller creator and I can't seem to find it again.
