Anyone else not getting revives spinning stops and gyms

I work in range of 4 pokestops and a gym. I have been spinning them all day at work and haven’t received 1 revive all day. I’ve got a lot of other healing items but haven’t received a single revive. I have been raiding Lugia like crazy and have no revives. Am I being stupid or is this something someone else is experiencing?
