Has anyone been witnessing changes to their clinic in real time and it's raising red flags?

My kids been attending ABA for over a year now. Slowly they've been trying to separate the parents from the clinic, treatment, etc and visitation has been limited to strictly a pre scheduled parent meeting they prepare for. Now there's literal fog tape up to coverage clinic entrance door. They're claiming this is for HIPPA but that means they've probably been violating for a while now it if that is the truth. No matter the reason for it, this is raising way too many red flags for us.
