Gluten free ramen?

Hello everyone, I am pregnant and the only thing I want is ramen! Specifically, I see tiktok after tiktok of buldak carbonara hack ramen and it haunts my dreams. But I have celiac disease. I have yet to find gluten free ramen that I believe will fulfill the urge. I live in the US in a very white area so I think my best chance will be to make it at home. Does anyone have any ingredients, specifically noodles and sauce, that they can recommend?
