Beginner first cycle. High BF%. How badly is primo faked nowadays?
Background:
30 y/o male. Used to train, injured lower back (L5-SI), couldn't really train without chronic pain, slowly got out of training, became obese, got low T, got TRT / HCG prescription, now trying to get back in shape and looking for some additional compounds to make that more effective.
The plan:
I'm not thinking about any huge cycle. Currently I'm on 150mg Test E. per week, injecting 3 times subQ (and 1000IU of HCG in 2 injections). This injection frequency keeps E2 under control and my T levels at the higher end of the physiological range. My plan was to bump the T up to 250mg/week (maybe switch to another esther) and add 100mg Primo for 3 reasons: 1. control E2 when going from 150 to 250 Test E, 2. additional muscle preservation, 3. any possible gains (counting on this being first cycle + being fat) . Both these stacked with semaglutide and 50-70mcg T3 cycle (about 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off). Obviously diet and cardio are taken care of.
My concern is with fake Primo. I already have an AI on hand, which I didn't use yet for fear of crashing my E2 and because I read that taking AIs regularly is not a good idea. Question is, given all the extra fat, how else would I manage my E2? I've seen many people mention that even Masteron is in short supply and faked now, and EQ sounds like a whole can of worms on its own (though it would be interesting to know if I could just stack another 100-150mg EQ on top of my 150mg Test E and call it a day).
How warranted is this fear of fake Primo nowadays, especially without viable testing?
