[3 YoE] - Software Engineer who just recently brushed up CV. Is my experience good enough for my current YoE ?
Hi All,
I am a UK-based SWE with 3.5 YoE, and will only be applying within the UK. I've recently re-done my CV with the obvious intention of applying to some new roles and getting onto a new project. Since starting, I've been on the same overall project and just worried that my experience (as listed in CV) isn't at the level that some might expect from this many years. I've attempted to list down the more significant and relevant experience (daily scrum meetings and expected experience such as manually testing changes etc. weren't added as they seemed more like fluff).
Would appreciate some honesty about the employment/experience section in particular, if it's good/irrelevant/needs re-wording, and obviously open to any suggestions for improvement on the overall CV if you think it may improve it. Some people have noted removing the "personal profile" and "extra-curricular" sections, but I added them as it provides something to talk about during any initial screening calls.
Thanks!
