How to start selling on TikTok w/o a shop or being an affiliate

Hi TikTok sellers from PH. I just want to know how to start my TikTok live selling journey. I currently don't have BIR yet (planning to get before year ends) but i saw sellers who do live selling without their baskets/shops/permit yet and wanna know how.

I have an Arts and Crafts business which is mainly on blue app/pop-up stall and wanted to expand thru TikTok. I will handle my shipping, etc. Planning to do live selling this coming September 1st. Do i just literally go on live on TikTok and sell or is there some steps i need to follow first? Badly need help. Been searching google and can't find the answers i need or maybe I'm just bad with prompts. tia
