I’m rewatching a Bronx tale and honestly Sonny I never really hated Like they wanted us too

I mean, everyone says Sonny was some monster and he was a monster don’t get me wrong. But he didn’t care that C was dating Jane (a black girl) during that time and was the only person not being a racist Dbag over it. I know he made dirty money but the people in the movie around C wasn’t so much better than Sonny like they’d want you to think. He also saved C when he racist POS friends did that hate crime on the black community. Taught valuable life lessons too, I’m not saying he was an angel but Sonny genuinely did care for C and he didn’t want to have to beat us Lorenzo (he’d just push him too the side and ignore him) but he had too that one time. Like I say Sonny is no saint but he’s a real one for accepting C loving Jane, and being the only person who wasn’t a racist Dbag about it. But yeah I expect to get downvoted but Sonny I loved in this movie!!!
