Parents threaten me/insult me - don't know what to do

Male, 40. I posted about a week ago that I cut ties with my parents about a week ago and blocked their numbers. During that time, I felt depressed and sad, but I gave in an eventually decided to unblock them, thinking maybe I should give them another chance.

What I wasn’t expecting was for both of them to immediately start contacting me with texts and calls. My father called to beg me to stop "arguing" with my mom, guilt-tripping me and making it seem like everything was my fault. My mother texted me, threatening me and calling me a POS.

Right now, I feel incredibly depressed, overwhelmed, sad, and hurt. I feel like my head is sinking below water. The constant insults and emotional attacks are destroying me.
